Refund & Withdrawal Policy
ProofKit uses pay-per-GB pricing with a non-custodial TON escrow. This page explains how charges, withdrawals, and disputes work.
01 /How billing works
You deposit TON into a non-custodial escrow contract and are charged only for the bandwidth you actually use, at prices set by the operators of the routes you choose.
02 /No refunds on consumed bandwidth
Once bandwidth has been used and billed, those charges are final. Because you only ever pay for measured usage, there is no subscription to refund.
03 /Your unused balance is yours
Unused balance can be withdrawn directly from the escrow contract at any time. The payment model is non-custodial — ProofKit cannot withhold your unused funds, subject only to settlement of pending charges.
04 /Withdrawal limits
You can withdraw up to your on-chain deposit minus pending and already-claimed charges. A short freshness window applies while recent usage settles, to keep billing consistent.
05 /Operator deposits and slashing
Operators stake a TON deposit and can be slashed by a defined percentage for misbehavior. Slashed amounts are a network penalty and are not user refunds.
06 /Disputes
For a billing dispute, contact [email protected]. Bandwidth is backed by cryptographic proof records used to verify charges.
07 /Crypto note
On-chain transactions are irreversible. Always double-check wallet addresses before depositing or withdrawing.
